A: Absolutely not! What you see is what you get. The price you pay per month is with all amenities included (for a full list check out THE SPACE section). There are too many reasons to list here, but to name a few:
- You can move into SVP the same day
- You don’t have to go buy furniture
- Wireless internet is included, so no installation needed (and even better, no monthly bill for internet services)

- You won’t be all alone! At SVP you not only get to interact with other companies when trying to beat one of their employees in air hockey. You get the chance to join a community of entrepreneurs that gladly share their experiences and will give advice if needed.

A: We have 3 standard size meeting rooms and a large board room. All fulltime renters have unlimited access to the meeting rooms as long as it is booked in advanced on our shared calendar (if you’re a part time renter you have part time access to the meeting rooms). One of our meeting rooms is setup for video conference where each company has a secure login for the computer. For more information about the meeting rooms check out THE SPACE section.

A: We average 0.96 Mb/s download and 0.71 Mb/s upload

If you prefer it that way then yes, but if you are interested in socializing with the other renters you can do that over a game of air hockey, in the lunch room or at one of our monthly get togethers.
