The Space:
Open work area/your own cubicle:
We offer an open and vibrant work area where ideas and collaboration are flowing. Tenants vary from first time entrepreneurs to seasoned Silicon Valley professionals. Our open work area is located in a bright open space and is a mix of cubicles and freestanding desks. Each work station comes with a filing cabinet and monitor. Our open work area is available for fulltime use as well as part-time and with full access to meeting rooms and all other amenities offered for both.
Private offices:
Our private window offices are approximately 70 square feet and are furnished with Scandinavian style furniture. And they offer easy access to open work areas for collaboration with peers and colleagues. Desk, chairs and filing cabinet are included when you move in. If you prefer to bring your own furniture, just let us know and we’ll clear the space for you.
Meeting rooms:
We have four meeting rooms set up to accommodate a variety of meetings Unlimited use is included in the rent, as long as they are booked in advance.
Copenhagen Room and London Room are our standard meeting room. They are ideal for presentations and brainstorms; they come with projector and floor to ceiling whiteboard. It seats up to 10 people.
Board Room is our largest meeting room. The room is ideal for investor meetings, customer presentations, board meetings and events. It’s set up with two glass whiteboards, projector, and a large screen. The room can accommodate up to 16 people for board style meetings, and 50 people for presentation style events.
Kyiv Room is our video conference room. It’s set up with a large LCD screen, camera, computer and Polycoms for both landline and Skype use. Each renter has their own login to the computer. The room also comes with a whiteboard. It seats 8 people.

In need of an office space, but don’t want to deal with getting an office established? Tired of working from home? Silicon Valley Pad is the place for you! As we like to say; just bring your laptop! We strive to make everything as hassle free as possible for you to use our space, which is why we don’t require deposits or long term leases. Most everything is included in the rent, no hidden fees or extra unexpected costs: Included in the rent is:
